Shipping times are estimations, so we can’t guarantee them. We do our best to get your orders out in a speedy manner, but sometimes s**t happens, like a hurricane or sharknado, and there ain’t a thing we can do about it.
Regular orders are processed Monday-Friday within three business days. If you upgrade your shipping to priority or FedEx, we’ll process it in one business day! Any order placed on a weekend will begin processing on the next business day.
Once we ship your socks, you’ll get a shipping confirmation email that includes tracking information. If you’re having trouble finding your shipping confirmation email, first check your spam folder, and if that doesn’t work try logging in to your customer account and looking up your order. If you’re still having trouble, we commend your dedication to fun and urge you to email us at hello@sockshophaightstreet.com with your full name and order number so we can help figure out the issue. As every elementary school teacher says, “there are no stupid questions,” we are here to help!
!! Important and super crucial detail !! : When entering your shipping address, please please please double-check it for accuracy. Remember to add your apartment number, or any other important details. Otherwise the best package ever may not arrive and no one ends up happy 😭. We know you can do it! We believe in you. 💫
If for some sad reason your shipment is returned to us because of an address error, you will have a very hard choice to make. You can either pay additional shipping to have the package sent to the correct address or we can cancel the order and refund your merchandise total (but not the original shipping cost).

International shipping rates are based on the size of your package and how far away these socks are traveling. We love how adventurous our socks are, they’re like little explorers!
You may need to pay an additional customs and taxes charge, which varies by country. Sockshop Haight Street is not responsible for any additional charges or additional processing time incurred by customs as we have absolutely no control over international rules and regulations. Sorry dudes. 😥💔
Returns and Exchanges
We are so confident you’ll love your socks, we make returns super easy. If for some WILD reason you are not a fan of your order, all items purchased through the site can be returned within 30 days of delivery. The order should be in its original packaging and in an unused condition. Returns are processed within 5-7 business days of being received back in our office.
Now please be kind to us, and remember that unused condition means the socks have not been tried on, worn, or washed. All items need to be in their original, unopened packaging for us to successfully process your return.
Visit our returns center here to easily process your return. Just enter your order number and email address to start. Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines.
If you’d like to swap your original purchase for a different pair, all you have to do is order the new socks, and return your original purchase using the process outlined above👆. We’ll process your refund as soon as we receive the socks back in store!
